Triggered Tasks

In addition to the Scheduled Tasks feature in the roadmap, we need to add triggered tasks. These would be jobs/tasks which are triggered to run in the background when an event and/or condition happens (item status change, deadline date > current date, and so on).

Scheduled and triggered Tasks are provided by Supabase, and they are really powerful, and no need to manage these jobs/tasks at app level.
