VPS Phase 3: Deploy to other cloud providers

Allows deployment to other optional providers such as Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Vutlr.

With AWS's pricing configuration being quite high for small businesses, allowing deployment to other providers with lower costs is very suitable in terms of infrastructure costs. Perhaps use the SSH method to connect and install CodeSmash to these optional servers, etc...

Multi App Deploy

• Deploy several apps to a single VPS server. These should be custom apps defined in scripts. Once the VPS is deployed. We should be able to deploy any custom app to this server without rebuilding the server.
