Hey guys, some update on this feature. This is one of the most important feature requests for CodeSmash. As you all now, we have a new junior developer Sarah working for us.
I’ve given her some tasks to complete before she can tackle more complex issues. We are going to deliver the Next.js feature first and then the PostgreSQL database as well. Once Sarah has successfully completed these features, we will be moving on to the Lightsail VPS feature.

I’ve started working on this yesterday. Was able to deploy WordPress and n8n. This will be quite easy to implement and integrate with CodeSmash.

Soon, it took me just 30 sec to deploy n8n and Wordpress, this is really not hard to implement. But of course, I have a few secrets comping up which I’m not gonna tell you guys about just yet! ;)

Its official now, VPS is in development. If you check your CodeSmash account today, you will see that the VPS Manager page is in development!

Okay guys, I'm moving quickly on this one. With this simple piece of code I was able to remotely execute "sudo docker restart n8n" command on the VPS. Its used to restart n8n, but you will be able to execute any shell command you want directly from CodeSmash UI! This, means you will have full access to your VPS and customize it however you want.

This is what the app deployment select screen will look like. A new AWS Lightsail item will be there for launching VPS servers.

Hey guys, the VPS Load Balancer is a new feature you will be able to use on day 1 when the CodeSmash VPS feature is released! Check out this awesome demo to see how easy it will be to deploy the load balancer and make your websites more robust than just using them from a single VPS instance. Stay tuned because more features will be announced shortly!
